Explanation:
The symbols move in the sequence
in the first step. In each subsequent step, the symbols move in the sequence obtained by rotating the previous sequence through 90oACW. Also, in each step, the symbol that reaches the encircled position gets replaced by a new one.

Just an easy method that looks that from 1st to 5th fig it changes like {sc}and {cs}manner in every change in the figure 1 {sc} look position is same to 5 so in 6 figure {sc} position will be same like figure 2 just inverted {cs} so 3rd will be the answer.

If T= top, B = bottom, L= left, are = right, and C = center, then the five positions are TL, TR, C, BL, BR. In the sequence, "S" moves back and forth diagonally from C to TR to C to BL back C and repeats; "C" moves back and forth diagonally from BR to C to TL to C back to BR and repeats. Since either "S" or "C" is always at C, the remaining positional patterns are at the corners. The remaining symbols occupying the corners alternate between TR and BL or TL and BR appearing a maximum of three times before being replaced with a new symbol.
