There are 3 parts to this;

1) Triangle: moves in 3 different points.

2) = : should move in 3 different points.

3) 3rd one is we should look at how it became T. The explanation is in the 1st box the triangle is in the centre, in the 2nd box it moves to the below left corner. The star in the 3rd box in the centre moves to the below left corner in the 4rth box. So ideally the T in the 5th box centre should move to the below left corner in box 6.

In option B As you can see circle repeats itself, that's why the answer is D.

According to me, it can also be B.
