See only the upper two corners.
The left upper corner element takes place at the right upper corner in each upcoming box.
All elements change place in the same sequence as the first box changes to 2nd box.

Map every symbol from previous to next like this;
Central -> upper left.
Upper left -> upper right.
Upper right -> lower left.
Lower left -> lower right.
Lower right ->central.
