The correct answer is D. In all figures arrow and pin makes 90 degree angle. But in 3rd figure both are dot pins.

The correct answer is D and not C because there is no any pin in the option C.

The answer is C.

The pin moves 90' CW and arrow moves 90' ACW.

I think the answer must be option C.

Please explain how answer D is correct.

@Maheswara yes, according to the explanation the answer must be "C" but according to them answer is "D".

So, there must be something that's why they have chosen "D" as an answer.

I want to how come the answer is "D".

Option C is correct. Arrow towards North and pointer towards East. Arrow and pointer never coincides.

Easy way is, in problem figures, the figure repeats after (D). As (A) and are (E) same, (B) and answer must be same. Option C is correct.

Yes, agree @Maheswara.

After (E) the pin-pointing towards the north and the arrow pointing towards the east will rotate CW and ACW. So, in the next step, the pin will be pointing east and the arrow will be pointing the north when rotated in CW and ACW direction. Ultimately "C" is the answer, not the D. If D is the answer then why the arrow is not moved in ACW after step E.

The answer is D.

Rotation of arrow and pin.

According to the sequence, the arrow is rotating 90° anti-clockwise and pin is rotating 90° clockwise. So the correct answer is D.
