5 is the correct answer.
The upper arc gets inverted after every 2 steps.
The lower arc gets inverted after every step.
The Left and right arc get inverted alternatively.

When 3 arcs change take place it follows a certain pattern (1 Change, 2 Not Change, 3 Change, 4 Change) in the CW direction in that sense the correct answer should be 3.

Rotation of the arcs are not following any sequence..upper, left, bottom arc flip in 1st then botm and right 1 flip then again upr, left, bottom flip then hw the answer cud be 5...it must 3rd.
