No, C will be the correct answer.

The outside arrow rotating anti clockwise 90° and 45° respectively. And inner line rotating clockwise 45° and 90° respectively.

So the answer is C.

The answer supposes to be D according to the movement of the angle.

The answer needs to be option D. For the 5th time the pin should rotate only 45 and not 90. The arrow points downwards.
