1. The bigger [= thing faces up-left and down-right in alternate ways.
2. When it faces up-left, elements inside rotate in clockwise direction to produce the next figure
3. When it faces downwards, the immediate neighbour elements interchange positions. (Eg: 12|34 -> 21|43)
By using this rule, we will get the answer.
