The square is opening and the circle is closing in the 1st option and it satisfies the rule. So it would be the correct answer.

Squares opens consistantly and in triangle only half portion was opened, i.e. in triangle bottom side was opened halfly and as per rule 'Closed figures become more and more open' which is not meeting with the rule.
