option 1, in all circles same 3 lines only.
option 2, lines are 2,3,5,4.
option 3, lines are 4,3,5,6.
option 4, lines are 3,4,6,8 increasing in orderwise.
So, option 4 is correct.

In option 4, lines are increasing as 3, 4, 6, 8.
