The rule says that the point where you draw the shape should be the same point where you end the shape (Without retracing the lines once drew).
No shapes match this rule in Options A, C, and D.
This rule is satisfied in Option B.
Thus Correct Option is B.

I think diagrams in 2nd option can be divided equally.

An imaginary line can divide the diagrams equally and half diagrams are mirror images of each other.
