The rule says that the point where you draw the shape should be the same point where you end the shape (Without retracing the lines once drew).

No shapes match this rule in Options A, C, and D.
This rule is satisfied in Option B.
Thus Correct Option is B.

It's simple, of the drawing which of them can you draw in a pattern stroke without starting another line to join the already drawn image. Like drawing a circle you draw the shape ovally without you having to return to the already drawn shape, but ending your last stroke at the point you started your drawing.
