Option C is the right answer. The rectangle and triangle is getting open and a loop along the rectangle is getting closed.

According to me, the answer should be D. Because C is an open figure and its opening, not closing.

Hey guys, in option C there is opening and closing procedure. The square and triangle is opening and at the side of the square, the little square is forming.
So the option c is obsolutely correct.

When the square and triangle is geting open from its own shape look at the line above of square. Its closing to a new shape.
