Yes 3rd is close but not complete, in option 3rd the smallest triangle on top does not have the vertical line falling all the way or to complete the square as in figure X.

The right option D is correct.
The vertical line starting from the apex of the triangle extends upto 2nd horizontal line which is missing in Figure 3.

Here third option also sets into the figure then why can't it be the answer. I think 3rd option is the correct and best answer.

None of these. 3rd is close but not correct. So I think one more option should be added. That is none of these is correct.

Actually d is correct but the option is rotated that's why many of us are not able to figure out that.
