Answer D is not correct, the pattern is correct but it should be rotate 180 degree.

Even option C is wrong because the line intrudes perpendicularly throughout the triangle while the other line stops as soon as it touches the base of the triangle.

I feel the inside part of option D should be in the angle of option C which will make the right pattern.
