First rotate the right uppermost by 180 degree = left uppermost image left uppermost rotate by 90 deg= left lowermost. 4th will be to rotate 180 degree. Hence the answer will be 1. The patten is 180 degree 90 degree than again it will be 180.

In above pattern 2nd one is the water image of the 1st one.
So for the lower pattern water image is option 2nd.
