Simple take a tissue paper draw the x diagram and fold it you will get the any one of the four diagram. Similar for all question.

The correct answer is Option D because The orientation (horizontal/vertical) of lines should not change on folding.

According to my understanding. If you look at it carefully the lines are perfectly built to connect.

Simply draw the mirror image by keeping dotted line as center.
