This is just a simple paper folding problem. (X) has been folded into 2 halves. The first half has a figure in it while the second half does not. So when the (X) is being folded the figure in the first half rotates 180° which means it turns to the right. It will be like figure (4) when its rotated 180°. So the answer is [D]. 4.
