If you got the paper, and drew the patterns, then folded according to the lines, and imagine the paper is transparent, only the 4th option will work.

On the last figure itself, draw the dotted lines for the triangle folds made on left and right sides. This will tell you the portion of the 'X' shape figure you have to reflect when unfolding.

This will help you to arrive at the correct answer is option D.
