(B) is the only correct answer.

As the triangle shaped folded part has only two circles as cuts not the triangle. You can observe this by extending the dotted triangular fold part, making it a small square. You can see this square by any chance will not contain the triangle cut.

See when you cut the paper after you fold it you get a symmetrical figure.

The line of symmetry needs to be in the direction of folding.
