Imagine the process the diagonal corner portion folded and made a hole. So total 2 holes are made and after the paper is unfolded its shows 4 holes to the diagonal position where each diagonal has 2 holes.

I thought, C is correct answer Because, in 3rd fig, there are two holes at the top of the corner at right side & one is bottom of the paper at left side.. when that two holed corners will folded in between center of the two holes then fig 'z' will formed.. So ans 'C' is correct answer.
