Next, I assume you know about the arrow.
Confusion is in 3 and 4.
It will be 3 because just try to visualize those small boxes as big boxes and make its mirror image then a box to the left of the line become to right.

As we know, In mirror images, the right will become left and the left will become right. Here also the same thing. We are actually clear with the arrow it should go to the right side as it was in the left side in question. Now in the case of small boxes the right side box will go to the left and the left side box will go to the right side. That's it. We are having confusion in-between option 4 and option 3. As per our understanding, the answer is 3. That's it simple. We need to observe and take a proper decision.
