If we assume the mirror is placed vertically parallel to the picture, In answer The first Alphabet will be mirror image of "K" and the last letter be mirror image of 1.
So, according to this D is correct option.
If we assume the horizontal mirror, then the answer will start from mirror image of 1 till mirror image of K (last).
So, according to this D is correct option.

It is not 1 because the 6 is inverted (upside down) when it was not meant to be, and it was not 2 or 3 either because the 6 was upside down and turned.
