The correct option is C because.
In the first figure, there is D at the beginning but it should be having 8.
In the second figure, look at L it is turned up.
In the third figure, all are correct.
In the fourth figure look at 7 it is turned up.
So, the final answer is option C.

The correct option is 3. Because in this question, the minor difference of 8 is considered where the upper part of character 8 is slightly lighter than its lower part.
