There is a difference in + sign in B & C (Sign is also rotated).
Hence B is the correct.

Answer is C not B when it rotates the empty space should be at the corner of the square but in B it touches the upper middle point the line. So the answer is C.

The figure at the side of the "airplane" is not rotated is on its base, and in the "correct" answer it is rotated, I will think the correct answer is actually 3.
