This answer is correct only if Square part is static, otherwise the internal triangle is changing the position. I figure (x) its pointing to the right corner of the square and in figure (D) its pointing to the center.

That dot should come at the corner not at the side.

In this problem we can rotate the figure in left side because we can not rotate right side(small line is there it will not turn).
