@ Keerthi: in the second option the second triangle from right side in the bottom is not given in the question pics.

See there is three right angle triangle. And option C we have three right angle triangle. Hence, option C is the correct one.

Option 2 is wrong since the smallest triangle in that figure is a right angled. It should be equilateral as shown in reference image.
