Here, the Right angle triangle piece with one square is possible in option 2. for this, produce an inclined line in option 2 so that it meets the base line, and the remaining picture is a small triangle and square.

According to me, option 2 is correct because in option 1 there is only 1 right angle whereas in question there are 2 right angle triangles.

In the question, there are two right-angled triangle but in the answer, one right-angled triangle is used and another used triangle is not a right-angled triangle.
