It's option C.
Because it has 3 legs as needed in it the triangle is black colour as needed and the last thing left is either the circle is dark or blank one so it should be dark because, in the above images, the circle is at right black so the other which is at left is dark so the box above has circle blank one.
So it should be a dark one which is needed that is why c is the answer, not A.

First row has two black and one white circle.
Same goes to second row, that's why third row should also have last circle black because it already has one white and one black, with note that all three foot figures has black circle.

Row 1 has one circle outline.
Row 2 has two circle outlines.
Row 3 - goes back to one outline circle.
This is a total guess, someone correct me if I'm wrong!
