I had to use colors to understand why. First, I drew three squares (1st for row 1, 2nd for row 2, third for row 3). Then, in each square I used a different color marker for the first two columns (I did brown for column 1 and yellow for column 2, but try primary colors so they'll make a secondary). The product is that the third column is made by whatever portion of the square was ONLY touched by ONE [primary] color.

I hope this helps.

The option "C" is also not common as like to option "B" then why answer is "B"?

The correct explanation is that for each row, see the 3rd and 2nd column; and find their intersection (i.e what is common between the two figures and you will get the figure in the first column as your answer.

Subtract 3rd column figures from the 1st column figures and you will get the 2nd column figures.

If you were to put the first and second figures in each row on top of each other, delete all parts that overlap.

There is no pattern!

Notice how the ones who got the alleged right answer "B" all have a different explanation meaning there is actually no pattern.

If there were an actual pattern their explanations would be the same (with different wording). But that is not the case and the people who are not seeing a pattern are correct.

I think, this is not a perfect answer.

If the answer is correct please explain me deeply.

When third box overlapped with second box, the common lines should be eliminated and then it comes the first box. So there is a pattern and answer would be B.
