1st row : take middle column circle first, put first column square inside and again put the middle column circle inside.
2nd row : follow same pattern. Middle column square, then first column triangle, and then again the middle column square.
3rd row : same pattern. Middle column, first column, and again middle column. Put each inside the other.

In the given problem we can see some similarities.
In the first row, the 3rd column is the combination of 2nd + 1st + 2nd column. That's why in 3rd column first one is circle then square than circle again.
The same pattern is follow up in the 2nd row.
So it must be followed during 3rd row as well.
Hence, according to this option 4 is correct.
