See the third circle of two illustrations and assume there are four direction around the circle ie, north, south, east, west.
In the first illustration the south direction is not using for both circle so, SOUTH direction of the third circle also left unused.
Similarly, WEST direction is unused for three circles in the second illustration.
Therefore for third illustration the answer might be the circle with WEST direction unused. So, the answer is option A.
