Option B is correct if we observe the line alignment in the 3rd fig of remaining 2 blocks, it is just the continuation of the 2nd part fig.

The answer is B, because the first two rows third figure is shaded with two parts, and the third-row third figure should also be shaded with two parts, not as one whole part which is C is the wrong answer as some people mentioned above.

Addition to the above comment - And one more point is that - the lines should be in the same direction as in the second figure of the three rows.
