Every row has a 3 line circle, 4 line circle, and 2 line circle. Just find out what is missing in the last row, the 3 line circle.

Yes, it's a combination in row and column of (4 line, 3 line, 2 line), (3 line, 2 line, 4 line) and (2 line, 4 line, ?) remaining is 3 line, hence option A.

No, Option A is the right answer. In the first column there is 4, 3, 2 line 2nd column 3, 2, 4 line. Now Ultimately we have 2, 4 line then missing is line 3. So the option contain line 3 is the answer.

According to me, option B is the right answer because 4 goes after 3.
