In my opinion, the given answer (C) is the correct one.
In fig 1, we can see no resemblance.
In fig 2, the swastika is inverted.
In fig 3, it is hard to notice, but you can see the swastika done by the box (outer border of the square, the diameter of the circle.)
In fig 4, the lines of the swastika are cut.
So the answer is option C.
