Where numbers are coming adjacent to each other and divided by small line those are in seequence in all except 2 and another logic is if you add those two numbers the result is odd number in all except 2.

Except option 2 all figures having closest number have both odd number and even number.

When you add the numbers between the straight line, the answer will be odd, except for Figure 2, which is even.
