In CW and ACW the answer is correct.

But if we clearly observe those figures. The arrow mark showing the ACW movement is always on the opposite side of the shaded small circle. Where as in (4) it's different.

Option 3 & 5 both are anti clock wise direction.

The arrowhead along the circumference is in the same semicircle as the white circle in all options except #4.
