this answer is wrong. actual answer is option (c).

In (D) there is the all the shaded parts are in the outer ones but in the rest of the figures, two are shaded in the outer and one in the inner.

Yes, this answer is correct because in others 2 parts are shaded from the outer halves and 1 is from inner half.

See the pattern.
Except (4), the pattern of shading is the outer half of 2 leaves is shaded and the inner half of 1 leaf is shaded. But for (4), all outer halves are shaded. I think that is the logic.
