I think the correct answer could be E.
Given that, all every other figure has even lines & with E only having 3.

In Fig 2, If we draw a straight line just at the bottom we find each given line segment is perpendicular to that base drawn.
In Fig 3, same as 2.
In Fig 4, if we draw a straight line right side of the base we find each line segment is perpendicular to that base drawn.
In Fig 5, if we draw a straight line at the top base we find each line segment is perpendicular to that base line.
But in Fig 1, we can observe if we draw a straight line at the bottom base all line segments are not touching the base to be perpendicular.

In Fig 4, if we draw a straight line right side of the base we find each line segment is perpendicular to that base drawn.
