I think it should be (4).
The angles formed in each fig is right angle ie 90 deg... but not in 4th.

They have given according to shading. Please observe the shading. Then you will come to know.

In figure 3 upper and lower wing is shaded on the same sides while in other all figures wings are shaded on opposite sides.

I agree with @Anshul. I picked 4 because of the same reason. The answer could have also been 1 because the circle in the middle isn't completely surrounded by the outer shapes like the other ones.

Each fig has four wings having half of the portion shaded. In all the figures, except 3 if we observe the adjacent wings have same shading pattern. i.e, either both shaded or both not shaded but in case of 3 one is shaded and the adjacent one is unshaded.
