If you see, clearly all the images are moving in anticlockwise direction and meeting at one point but fifth is moving in clockwise direction.
So 5th is correct.

In 1, 2, 3, 4 : 2 curves are facing to each other and other 2 are not facing each other but are moving in an anticlockwise direction.
In 5th figure, 2 curves are facing each other but other 2 are moving in a clockwise direction. Hence it should be 5.

Shouldn't 4 be the answer? We cannot rotate 4 into the first three either.
Also none of its bends face each other like they do in the other four figures.
