I think the answer is 4. Because 1 and 5 are opposite directions.

If we make all the diagram from half which look like ''T'', then the extra leaf we can see to the right side only but in case of 1sr one it is left side, so 1st is correct.

It should be option D as 1 is in rotation with 5th. And 2 is in respect with 3.

Shape 2 & 3 can be rotated opposite to each other.
Shape 4 & 5 can be rotated right angle to each other.
But Shape 1 cannot be rotated like that.

I think so, the answer B because in each figure one leave touches bottom expect in fig B.

Can't rotated into each other means rotating the figure in 2 dimensions won't result in other figures. The figure has been rotated in the third dimension. Try to do it with your book, rotate in x-y axis then z-axis.

In simple words, they are mirror images.
