Here, 1 is related to 3 while 2 with 4 but 5 does not relate to anyone, so my answer is 5.

In 2 and 4, all figures are rotated by 180 wherein 1 and 3 fig remain same and in 1and5, two fig are rotated in same but 1 in diff direction and in 3and5, all fig are rotated in the same direction by 45 so 1 is an odd one.
