|To understand this problem draw 1st figure in a paper and rotate either in CW or ACW... then u can make out correct answer..|

|If we see in geometrical pattern then in all other figures, except 4, bigger rectangle in on the right and smaller on the left of square. Same happens when we rotate figures, but not in 4.|
