According to me, the answer will be 3rd option because all figure rotates clockwise but option 3rd that rotate ACW, therefore, the answer will be option 3.

If we see in geometrical pattern then in all other figures, except 4, bigger rectangle in on the right and smaller on the left of square. Same happens when we rotate figures, but not in 4.

To understand this problem draw 1st figure in a paper and rotate either in CW or ACW... then u can make out correct answer..
