I think the answer is (1) because the shape is irregular, unlike the other shapes.

The answer is (4). Since the circle is not divided into 4 equal parts (2 parts are of 120 degree sectors and 2 others are of 60 degree sectors) whereas all the others are equally divided including (5).

Answer is 4, in all figures every diagram is having corners except fig 4 doesn't have any corner.
