Critise: 1. Two arrow complete the answer and that make it option 4.
2. If arrow is repeated 3 time than it has contradiction with ooption 1 i.e. their must three lines around circle not 4.

As per inspection, only 3 lines are available which will convert into complete figure, so option must be 4.
