Why should not it takes this condition, the elements were reversed from bottom to up there by first column S takes reverse of S it looks like the third element, and when the third element reverses from bottom it appears "S" and the middle column elements interchange, taking this explanation the answer would be "B" that is 2.

As per the given condition the position of s and opposite s is interchanging it we will change it to 0 to 180 then we can get answer 2?

I think B could be correct too is S is flipped 180 degrees it would lead to image 2 not 4.
