Cisco IOS (originally Internetwork Operating System) is software used on most Cisco Systems routers and current Cisco network switches.

Earlier switches ran CatOS. IOS is a package of routing, switching, internetworking and telecommunications functions integrated into a multitasking operating system.

TFTP means Trivial File Transfer Protocol.

It is a protocol similar to FTP but doesn't have any authentication. It is commonly used for sharing/transferring of smaller files with the remote host.

TFTP stands for Trivial File Transfer Protocol.

It is a version of protocol which allows file sharing from remote system but does not provide security like FTP do in file transferring from remote host.
