Yes, it has no leukocidin action.

Leukocidin is another exotoxin of S aureus which make degranulation to leukocytes, not lysis.

It is sphingomyelinase in nature.
It lyses sheep RBC, but not human or rabbits.
It exhibits hot-cold phenomenon, i.e., hemolysis starts at 37*c but becomes evident only after chilling.
