DNA is made of four nucleotide which are (1) Adenine (2) thymine (3) cytosine (4) guanine while in RNA instead of cytosine uracil is present.

Uracil is present in DNA only when deamination of cytosine has occurred. Otherwise, DNA is made of on adenine, thymine, cytosine and guanine. While in RNA cytosine is substituted with uracil.
