Well, all the required gene coded into the DNA and ribosome required the RNA (mRNA) to synthesis the protein.

And for that reason first messenger RNA synthesized and after that, it attaches to the 'A site' of the ribosome and after that ribosome decoded the RNA to synthesis the protein.
